As a Customer Success Specialist you are the first point of contact for our customers. With your customer focus you are able to bring our service to a higher level. If customers have questions, you are there to help. Whether it’s a product question, sales call or complaint handling, you are our calling card for the customer.

We work proactively, that way we are ahead of questions and problems. Making sure our customer gets what we promised is therefore also an important part of your job. Spotted structural problems? You don’t leave them behind. Because we are organized in customer groups, you will actively work together with colleagues from different expertise areas such as Marketing, Category Management and Account Management to optimize and improve our services.

Our customers range from small entrepreneurs who order their pens from us, to large customers who count on us to support their promotions with a series of personalized items. In all cases you make sure that we keep our promises and that the customer likes to come back to us.

Your job
  • You are in contact with the customers who reach us mainly through email, phone, WhatsApp and online chat;
  • You are the first point of contact for customers for requests, questions and complaints;
  • You advise the customer and think about how our products and services can help them achieve their goals;
  • You work in close collaboration with the account manager of your product group and you are responsible to send quotes and follow them until the order is finalized;
  • In case of problems or complaints you will provide an appropriate solution that makes the customer happy, even though it did not work out as initially expected;
  • You perform administrative actions in response to customer contact;
  • You identify structural problems and opportunities and solve them or raise them internally so that we continue to improve ourselves every day;
  • You are able to adapt yourself to the changing needs of our customers and the market in which we operate.

Your profile

  • Minimum of MBO 4 (or equivalent) work and thinking level with two years of work experience in a customer contact role (Customer Service, Sales, Customer Success, Store Sales, Customer Service);
  • Excellent digital skills;
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • You speak, write and read excellent Italian and English. Dutch, German or French as a third language? Fine!;
  • Flexibility in working hours, so together with your colleagues you make sure we are there when the customer needs us (currently this is during the day, on weekdays);
  • A positive attitude and a team player mentality;
  • Customer focus, you see it as a challenge to help the customer;
  • Commercial talent, you think and act from a customer perspective and create opportunities;
  • You get energy from speaking and writing to customers for a large part of your day;
  • Creativity in finding solutions.
